August Mobile Moments

Little cutie in a new outfit.

Moving up to the next carseat.
I wish we could get a new one...
I'm starting to really dislike this one.

We did do our normal anniversary tradition while we were out
west so we did it when we got home.  The kids loved it!

I found a minion costume for Andrew, but it was huge
and really uncomfortable.  It was fun to try on though
before we returned it.

I found the perfect costume for Callie at the same time
from Once Upon a Child.  I can't wait to see
the complete family costume I have planned.

This reminded me of a visit to LV at one time with a
neice who did the same time.

Even though she has outgrown it, she loves to sit in
this seat.  And she can get out of it all by herself now!

We love Chocolate World.

I'm glad I found this fun snack.  You freeze them,
take them out like 30 minutes before you plan to eat
them and they are like a slushie.  My kids loved eating
them outside while it was still hot!

She has really warmed up to the pool since the beginning of the summer.
Now she loves it!

He can do buttons all by himself now.  He is
so excited!!

We went on a fun little bike ride, now that Andrew
can ride without training wheels. We rode about 5 miles.  Andrew
was getting tired by the end but I think that is just because it was
lunch time and he was really hungry.

This takes real skill right here.

She fell asleep in the bike seat.

Can you find our little friend?

He stayed in our pot for a long time.  It was
fun to go out everyday and find him.

Cute kids!

Mommy finally got a new phone!

This was a proud mommy moment.
Andrew wrote his name almost every day
this summer and we worked on learning little letters.
While I didn't see retention on all the letters,
I saw major improvement in his penmanship.
He especially excelled in writing his first name
without help.  This was the last day of our
summer school and I think the best he has ever written
his name by himself.

Playing the keyboard.

This is the best thing on days that are hot but not hot enough
for the pool.  We loved running through the sprinkler!

Callie was pretty skeptical though.

This kid loves that bike!

Reeses bits in cookies, yummy.

He loves putting his ears under the water now.

Completed puzzle by himself.

Pool time with daddy!  So much fun!

I thought this was a cute picture with my hat on.

More sprinkler time.

Drying off.

It's more fun to go to the pool with friends.

Especially when they are best friends.

FLOATING!!

I got to the top mom!
He did it again!
Perfect Callie slide.

Nothing but smiles on his bike!

I love these special moments.
They are starting to fade.

The Ensign is interesting, even for babies.

Holy huge spider.  It was fun to watch him build his web though.

Canoeing with the youth.

We had so much fun!

They always migrate to the front seat.

Fun at another playground.
