SURPRISE!

I decided to reveal the gender a little early because well, someone kinda didn't know my plan and put it up on his Facebook.  Plus I got thinking and I really don't want the intention to look like I wanted all the attention on Christmas.  SO!  Without further ado.... we are so excited to announce that....

She looks healthy and happy and is measuring right on time!

I could totally tell what she was before the tech even said anything.  I had a huge smile from ear to ear when she confirmed what I was seeing and was like, "REALLY?!?"  I'm sure anyone could tell you I've always wanted a girl, so I'm so excited!  It will be so wonderful!  What was the first thing I went and did?  I bought some bows of course!

2014 Year in Review

I decided to do something a little different this year... and I think I like it more than doing a newsletter.  This year has been quite adventurous for us!

We hope you all have a wonderful Christmas!

November Mobile Moments

Wow!  It is really December! It's going to be a great month!

Also we find out what we are having close to Christmas.  I had a suspicion with Andrew but I have no clue this time.  I'm interested to see what everyone says I'll have.  Don't forget to vote ----->

Here are some pictures as we look back on November:
Daddy and Andrew watching something on TV.

Good boys who eat their dinner get to choose from their Halloween
candy.  Hmmm, so many choices!

Random odometer sighting.

Yummy Homemade Apple Pie.... this later got a footprint in it.
Oh well.  At least I got a picture before someone didn't listen to his mom.

Mmmm... cherry.

He popped it. Sad.

Can't get enough of his growing collection.
Hershey had a revisit weekend where we were PAMPERED!  We stayed at Hotel Hershey (4 star hotel) and ordered room service (a first for me).  I wish I would have been able to go to their spa!
This was the limo bus that took us to dinner.
 I never knew they existed.

Thank goodness for GG and PopPop, who live close
by and were happy to spend lots of time with Andrew,
while we were off getting pampered.

Andrew and his buddy have a great time together.

He loved this bouncy toy at a friends house,
and he loved the fire engine (behind him in the picture)
even more!!

Look close, he asks for a car to hold almost every night.  I can't stand
to go get them when they fall out in the middle of the night so
I rarely give in to his requests.

I was surprised he went and saw Santa.  The best trick
at this age I think is to go when there is nobody there and
let him circle for a good 15-30 minutes to prepare.
Let them take all the time
they want.  Seemed to do the trick for us.

My MIL at our place for Christmas.  It was 70 degrees
in our house and she still wore 2 blankets. Ha ha

In Columbus, IN.  They have an awesome indoor playground there.
Good times with GG.

I had a friend offer me a ton of "scraps" that were
left over from her business.  I gladly accepted.

Going through the fabric gave me tons of ideas.
Now I just need the time to put them into practice.
This is half a quilt idea for Andrew for when
he gets a big boy bed.

Got a haircut.  Zipping my hair into my coat every
day was the last straw.

We were able to go to the temple.  We got stuck in traffic on the
way there but still had a great time serving in the Lord's House!

Louisville, KY

Organizing squares.  Thanks FIL and Briant for helping!

There were three boxes of "non square" fabric too.  Andrew was
my special helper for the last part.  I was surprised that he was
actually pretty helpful and didn't get in the way at all.

Finished organizing.

The one time he will probably ever get to ride the mall's train.
I hope he soaked it up!

Gram cracker Pie.  All but one piece was mine.  It was delicious!

GG and Pop Pop had to go home.  Andrew
go some smootches from GG.

50 degrees outside.  We took advantage by
going to the park before nap time.  It was bare.
Obviously these people have never been to Idaho
and felt what November is really like!

I loves this singing book.  He is starting to point to words and
tell us what he thinks they say.  So cute!
He also will read to us sometimes. I love it!

October Mobile Moments

It started out very wet.  We got caught in a rain storm with our
walking group.

But we still had a great time!

Our 'iron rod' HDMI cable during General Conference.
It was nice to watch it on TV from our computer.

Mater needed a band aide.

Modeling on our walk.

Practicing Trick or Treating with Daddy.

We have a friend who has cancer and is going through treatments.
Andrew watched a movie with her while her mom and I chatted.
She was so cute with Andrew.

Mmmm. Green Smoothies.

We have a new rule now.
It only gets a band aide if it's bleeding.

At story time, marching and playing the drum.

Drum is his favorite!

The library's train table is at the DRs.
So they brought in this doll house.
Andrew had a great time playing with the grandma,
 and putting her to bed.

He even gave her a kiss.

Practicing on his bike!

Picking out our pumpkins... in a drizzle.

We had a great time at this little pumpkin path.

He calls his bear his "cute friend".

Ya'll heard about #2.

He loves this Pumpkin flashlight Aunt Pam gave us.  It vibrates,
that's why their cheeks are on it.

Andrew chasing the train, that his parents are too cheap
to pay for, at the mall.

We'll roll a penny instead.

At a really chilly playgroup.  They toughed it out together for
45 minutes.  Then we all had enough.

At this awesome indoor water park in French Lick, IN.

He loved the lazy river.  He was in the tubes for a long time (they
have one side with a bottom for little kids) then he decided he liked it
better without the tube.

He loved getting sprayed with water!

Best buddies.
There were some fun slides for Briant and I too.  We took turns.  There were two slides you go down on tubes and two you go down without.  I liked the ones with tubes best because the water didn't get into your face and it was more cushioned.  I went down one without the tube and it was dark the whole time. I hated it!  Plus the water kept splashing in my face and I felt like I was going to drown.

I'm going to get you.

He loved the splash pad too!

And the baby pool slide.

Colorful Halloween Bunt cake I made for the ward chili cook off.

Andrew and his buddy.  Can you see Andrew's pelvic?
The costume came without a pelvic so I made
one out of scotch tape!

Here we all are:  Dr. McDreamy, a nurse, and a skeleton!

Pitching the ball on Wii Sports.  He loves it!

Here we are again at the Kelley trick or treating.

Our city trick or treating was postponed due to bad weather, so
this was actually taken on November 1.  He loved it and got a
ton of candy!  We skipped like 10 houses too!  People kept
giving handfuls!  Some old lady even gave him a tube of mini
M&Ms, Mike-N-Ikes and a hot wheels car!!!  We now have it
hidden in the pantry so he doesn't spend all his time staring at
it and asking us for more!
