October Mobile Moments

We had a fun and busy October!  With the weather being so beautiful most days we did plenty outside.  I hope Andrew doesn't expect that as we go into the cold months ahead.  Like I said in the last post, we lost some images.  But thank goodness for Facebook and the images I shared with other people!  Here are our photos for you to see...

Endless hours of entertainment.... in fact the batteries died two weeks ago!

Checking out the fall leaves!  SO BEAUTIFUL!!

New homemade headband.  Bring on the cold weather.

Wii Tennis with FIL

New Family Pictures up!

So fun to crunch in!
I think this is actually from like September...
It's like he knows he's cool!

Recognizes and LOVES every playground!

This on is for Tiffany.  Licking the plate clean!

What a grip!
I think he could be a gymnast.
Killer abs and great at balancing and walking
one foot in front of the other on the cement slabs (in parking lots)!

Train at the Pumpkin Patch

Petting Zoo.  Wow pigs really are dirty!  See that pony they are next to?
He was a naughty biting pony (in a petting zoo)!

Loves the rocking horse!

Even more fun riding with a friend!

Which one shall we get?

How about two!

A great evening riding!

Daddy was able to come!  YAY!!!

Great family activity!

I thought I would try an experiment one Saturday night...

...it didn't turn out quite like I'd hoped!

Oh no!  How will I fix this before church!
It actually did work out okay....
thank goodness for messy buns!

Play group!

Exploring the leaves.

Mom, I don't like this!

But I'll smile for the ladies!

What an awesome park!

Made a pumpkin roll.  Looked good, but was not up
to GH par in taste!

Checking out a book

Learning how to turn pages all by himself!

TOTing with a friend!

Who needs quarters?  He likes them fine without them moving!
And he didn't want to get out of the boat...

K & K, he likes the snowmobile!

Loved the horse too!

Fun at the mall on Halloween!

This is how I get him to let me look at the store.
I love Once Upon a Child!

CUTE LITTLE TIGER!!!
His loot after Trick or Treating!
When people saw him, they gave him handfuls!
They must have thought he was just as
cute as I did!

Found a sucker.... his favorite right now!

About the only think he can eat is the suckers and Reeses cups.
I guess I'll be stuck eating the rest.... just what I need!

Our pumpkin wasn't spectacular.  Nothing like these folk's.
I love creating something fun, but I had to do something simple
this year, or I wouldn't have don't anything at all!

It did the job for this year!!

My Favorite Fall

Being from Idaho, I was used to a fall with colors the only last for about 1 week (on a good year).  Briant always told me that we didn't get a fall, and now I understand what he was talking about.
We've had wonderful colors for close to a month now & I am sad to see the leaves falling!

I have been trying harder to take my nice camera with me to get better pictures of our fun adventures. So be prepared people, we got tons of pictures.

The weather is so nice here in the fall.
Some days it is rainy and cold,
but most are perfect for playing outside
with friends (and their toys).

In September we took a trip to an Apple Orchard
with our Kelley Kids Group. We had a great time trying all the apples!

And looking at pumpkins.

I got me some mums.  I love the colors they come in & that they last into the cold weather!

G.G. and Pop pop came all the way from PA to visit us.  Briant was taking Midterms that week, but Andrew and I had lots of fun with them.  They helped us take our family pictures, and were the key ingredient to getting Andrew to smile!  Gaylene and I were able to can some apples (the ones we got from the orchard) into apple pie filling one day. We went out to Nashville, IN another day.
Pop pop got a perfect picture of Andrew.

G.G. loves her Andrew... and he loves her.

We joined the Kelley Kids at the Pumpkin Patch to get ourselves some pumpkins.
It was a little chilly but we had lots of fun (Daddy, as always, couldn't be there).

They had a great petting zoo and lots of toys for Andrew to play on.

He loved rocking on this horse.

They also had a train Andrew seemed to like
(or at least he didn't complain about both times he rode).

After we got our family pictures taken, the colors kept getting better and better.  I couldn't believe it!  I just knew we needed to spend as much time in them as we could.

This day was amazing and I took lots of pictures.
I was pretty bummed when my phone deleted
most of the pictures before I got
them on the computer...UGGGGGH!

We were able to take a bike ride with Briant one day.
Beautiful! This is my favorite trail.

Another day I took lots of pictures that got deleted somehow.
I've had so much bad luck uploading pictures this week.
I think I have it figured out though.

Don't let him fool you.... he hated being there.
A pretty girl walked by and I got a smile. Ha!

At play group.... a perfect day with
the temperature around 80 degrees.
(Just so happened to be the exact
same day it snowed 5" in Idaho)

He loves crunching in the leaves... sorta.
He needs my hand for moral support,
which makes getting pictures hard.

Playing at the park with friends...

Loves that slide!

We all had some much fun at the Kelley Kids Halloween Party.
Briant actually got to go with us.  The party was really just for Andrew, and he had a great time.

He loved dancing around to the music...

& throwing the ball.

One of the girls in leadership asked me to paint the pumpkin
(for pin the nose on the pumpkin).
It turned out pretty good!

Cute little tiger!  He even says "ROAR!"

Daddy's going to get him!

Daddy with his cub.

Safari explorer, & a hunter that found their tiger!  Now to tame him!
We went to our ward Halloween Party & they had a Trunk or Treat.  Andrew did okay as long as nobody said anything to him. They did a little parade and he hated it when everybody shouted and clapped at everybody's costume.  He needed lots of encouragement and Mama close by.  Poor kid is still pretty shy.
But he loved taking the candy & checking out his loot once we got home.

Cute little stinker got the wrapper off without me noticing!

He was likewise pretty shy at the Kelley School TOTing.  We are going to go around our neighborhood this Wednesday.  I'm sure he'll still be shy but he loves to knock on doors so that should be fun for him.

I'm so glad we have at least one more fall like this.  I have absolutely loved it!
