The Pool

We just moved to Hershey for the summer.  Briant is doing his summer internship at Hershey Foods.

We were so excited to find out that most of the places we were looking at living in this summer had a pool. And even more excited when we found out the place we chose has a kiddo pool on the side of the other bigger one. Andrew has really only been to the pool once, last summer. So this summer is going to be great.   I probably won't be bringing my camera along with us each time but I just had to show you the cute ones I got today.

We all had a good time in the deeper pool too. Andrew loved kicking the beach ball in and then retrieving it. I really hope to help Andrew love the water as much as I do. I will take any suggestions on helping him at this age to safely get his face wet and hold his breathe under water. We weren't very successful today.

We also practice jumping in.  He still needs encouragement.
Hopefully the paddle jumper I'm getting him will help give him
confidence.

We got some burgers and fries while at the pool (they were having a little party).  Andrew stole my pop-- soda!  You can see from the video that it was one of his favorite moments at the pool today.

At least he is learning to drink from a cup right?
We will for sure be covered in sunblock this summer!
