I'm getting so tired of having a slow computer. Don't get me wrong I've had my little laptop for probably close to 5-6 years now, and it has been a good one for me.

But... it is now slow. This is getting old really fast. I hate waiting for it to compute. I'm just waiting for it to give up the ghost and crash on me. (Note to self: Back up ALL your files, and quick!) I'm not sure if I should download new software (namely my video camera) because I'm afraid it will blow up... plus I don't have a DVD burner, or video editing software, etc.
Lately, I've been scoping out our options for a new computer. Devin, don't roll your eyes at me, but I think this is the one that I want.
It has some great qualities and room to grow. Hopefully it will last us 10 years+.
Now, I've just got to wait a little longer till Windows 7 comes out (October 22), and
we've "saved" enough :[ Maybe we'll have a new computer for Christmas.

You probably knew I'd be the first to comment.
Let me help you make your decision. :) click here to meet your new computer. Here's why:
1. because speed matters
2. because you want it to last 10 years
3. iPhoto, iMovie.. iLife
4. because you want to surf from your bed sometimes
5. because it'll give you fewer headaches (ask Gene)
6. because you trust your brothers.
Okay, I'll be done. I'm sure you'll be happy with your new purchase.. Getting a new computer after 6 years is always fun. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
And for the record, when I'm a millionaire, I'll buy you a Mac. Just be patient. Very patient.
Wow, I'm impressed!!! I have had SUCH bad laptop luck. I've had two only lasted about 2 years each, and then developed huge problems. It's so frustrating!!! Now I am trying out Devin's solution... we'll see how well it works. (I am NOT a crazy mac person like my husband and Devin though. Just fyi. ;))
Missy,
I know you don't want to hear this, but computers don't last 10 years.
The end.
This computer looks like a murdered out Mercedes Benz. I like it.
Briant & Missy if you want your laptop to run fast again, let me fix it up, I will charge you just a flat fee of $40. Call me 208-557-9237.
