August Mobile Moments

Another awesome month!  We love going outside... even though it is hot and humid!  Andrew has a pretty awesome farmers tan!

Here he is sporting his new hat!

He's got team spirit!  Go IU!!

  These bugs are huge and ugly &
I don't like the evil sound they make!

I wish he would like these things more.  They
are much better for him then the "on the go" snacks
he gets on outings.
He just wants to chew on them
not suck out the contents...

At the library...

You can see there is a platform here.  It's like a seat
with books shelves behind your back and behind your feet
(if you were facing forward).  There are books
displayed on the top...

... which clearly suggests that they probably don't want the kids walking around
on the top part.   Didn't stop Andrew.  He had a blast!

Big storm!  Knocked out our power for a couple hours!
That will get you thinking about emergency preparedness!

We have a picture every month of Andrew eating

None of the fountains are running here!  Nobody is allowed to water
their lawns, wash their car or even fill up a pool!
This water statue would have
been cooler with the water.

Andrew loves playing in the water.

He loves this book that Aunt Pam gave him.
He just started bringing us a book when he wants us to read
to him... which is all the time!!  I love it though.  He can almost
turn those pages by himself.

He does "the look" pretty well!

I got him out of bed a few minutes before he was ready.
He was grumpy.  So I laid him on the couch and he
fell back asleep!

He loves playing on the keyboard!

Andrew got four more teeth this month!
He has his cuspids and K9s now.
A fever & heat rash for one set, and runny nose for the other.

Never a fan of teething!  Please tell me we can have a break for a bit!

This is Briant's make shift desk in our spare room.
Boxes and the extra leafs for our table.
Hey whatever works right?
All that matters to him is that he has somewhere to sit,
and a quiet room to study!

I knew Andrew wouldn't make it, so we brought dinner with us.

Play date with a friend.  These two had a good time together.

Sorry this picture is kinda hard to see.  This is what he does with
his classical music toy.  He'll turn it on and then stick it
right next to his ear or rest it on his shoulder while he listens.
He loves music!
