March Mobile Moments

Yes, yes!  I know I'm late getting this up....  whatever, it happens.  Enjoy!
At a friends birthday part.  He is starting to make the
funniest faces these days!

He loved that pink frosting.

Another funny face at the Wonderlab's water table.

And another.

This place was a good place for father and son bonding.

I was so surprised Briant was this into it.

Church got cancelled, so we had a special FHE and read books....

....and made cinnamon rolls.

And played games..... Briant kicked my trash then
I returned the favor!

Duct tape boxes for the new little girl.

Another funny face.

"Look Mommy, I'm Mickey Mouse."

This was delicious!

Good times on the blow up toys.

Buddies

Kelley Kids friends.

He loves books on CD!

I think this was 30 weeks...

This is my friend who was pregnant and full term
at the time..... she doesn't even look it does she?
She was trying to jump start labor by swinging.

This is a few days later when she had her baby.  Andrew and her
son are really good buddies.

We had a great time trying out our new sit and stand with the boys.

During spring break we took a trip to Louisville, KY.
We had a great time during our tour of the Slugger museum.

Andrew loves his little bat they gave him.

Babe Ruth.

This place is called Mark's feed store.  I got ribs and they were
delicious!  Of course the person who brought them out thought they
were for Briant... that happens to me a lot.

Happy little drawing I made Andrew.

My boys had a great time swimming in the hotel pool.

And while they did that, I went to the temple.

We went to Cabela's.  Briant kept calling the fish shark.  In fact he
got just about every animal wrong in the store.  I think he called
a Polar Bear a Koala Bear.  We need to work on that with him I guess.

I think he called that one a whale.

I think this just clashes.  In fact I think the whole
store clashes with this guy.

After we got home, Andrew enjoyed playing in the dirt.

While I crocheted a flower.

I tried it on Andrew and he gave me a couple faces.

Our next trip was to St. Louis.  Its like 4 hours away.
Andrew did great on the trip.  He's been doing great with big boy
pants and I never once changed him into a pull up while we were in
the car.  Good job Andrew!

Here it is: The Gateway to the West.

We took a boat tour on the Mississippi.

I cute little tug boat.  I think they said it could push like 20 barges!  Wow!

The grand stair case in front of the arch.

Inside the arch.  So cool.

Straight down.

You can see so much!

Nothing below us.

There is the boat we rode on.

Cardinals stadium I think.

Its taller than the Space Needle!

You have to go up in this tiny little box.

We had Mexican that night.... Andrew liked the
salsa for a little bit.

Playing in the pool the next morning.

At the Zoo. He loved these little fishes.

Hippos!

Elephants... do you see the baby one?

They had a train at this zoo.  Andrew was not satisfied with being
there until he rode it.  It was always going by and he would
always notice and cry that he wanted to ride it. So we finally did.

He made friends quickly with the Chimpanzee's

Gorilla

Leopard

Lions

Crocodile... or alligator.... ?

another one

The great anaconda

Bert the Grizzly Bear.  He was a twin.  His brother Ernie died a while back.

He does tricks when they feed him.

Sea Lions

On our way back to our hotel we saw the St. Louis LDS temple!
Too bad we didn't have time to go.

Dinosaurs in Forest Park

There was this big science museum place.  I took this picture for FIL
but I'm not exactly sure why.

They had a big skywalk across the freeway with see
through holes in the floor.  Andrew could have stayed there all day.

This one is for FIL too.  It's alot like the one by where you work,
but his one is huge.... with loop-da-loops.

We heard good things about Ted Drew's Custard
so we had to try it.  It was SO good.  Briant
had some kind of Mint Chocolate with Macadamia Nuts,
I had a Lemon with Gram Cracker that was so awesome!

Leaving MO

Getting a much needed nap.

Got a new suit for Andrew, for my brothers wedding.

I think he looks pretty sharp!

Kelley Kids St. Patty's Day party.  So fun!

Briant always has a good time with the kids.
They love him.

Always a GH girl!  One of my only big shirts that fits
me right now.
We did get some better pictures of all the places we went to with our video camera.  I'll see if I can get some posted sometime.  Not making any promises though.  I feel like I got a lot to do before little miss comes along!

February Mobile Moments

We made the switch to a big boy crib.  I was nervous about
if he would stay in bed and I have been pleasantly surprised.
He hasn't given me any problems since day one.  He calls me
every day when he is ready to get out in the morning and after his naps!

Tri Baby Sprinkle from the Kelley Kids!  So thoughtful and so fun!!!

He got himself a new little reading nook.  I love listening to him read!

Yum, bean dip!

Sledding with friends!

I wish I would have videoed a little longer because afterwords
he got up and started jumping up and down he was
so excited!  He loved himself some speed and air!

Best buddies!

I think I have the layout figured out... maybe a few
minor tweaks (I just found some more blue).
Now I've got to start sewing it together.

Right before I finished it.  I'll show the finished when I show the
nursery after we move.

He really earned this potty reward!

At the Kelley Kids Valentines Party!

Little girlfriend.  They love having picnics in her closet when we
go visit.

Prize from the party.

One of my favorite singing videos to date...

Getting bigger.  My pictures aren't as great as they
were with Andrew, but I've at least got some.

He always reminds me to stop and smell the flowers,
even the fake ones.

Finished her afghan.  LOVE IT!

Started Andrew's.

I finished this too.  He thought it was for him. HA

At the wonderlab. Where are your legs?

He was literally bouncing off the walls this month.
We would really love the arctic air to go away!

He loves to help his dad with this!

I was very impressed that he knew how to throw it on the pile!

Rediscovering an old toy.

His wagon had a little rust on it.... teaching him early how to scrub.

Almost done.

A sunny day at the snow cover park.

He looked so big to me here.

All done!!!

First attempt at mitered corners.

Look close, this is what I did instead of tying my quilt.

"This is a good spot for me, Mom."

Love these.

NEW used dresser!

Some more at the wonderlab.  He loves this place.

On Wacky Wednesday, we find shoes on the wall.

He had a well child check up the week before my
apt and had the hardest time with giving the nurses
his states (wt, ht, bp, etc).  He didn't fancy the doctor
much either.  So at my apt, we played around with
height tool and he was just fine.  If only they would let me
do his own measurements at his checkups.
Smarties may be the answer next time... note to self.

Daddy and Andrew playing Connect 4.
Exercise!
